Matura Farrington, Inc. is currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator for the branch office of a National law firm. The Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the firm's leaders and marketing team to support the strategic plans and business development goals.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator will conduct market research for the department and practice groups regarding clients and prospective clients, competitors and market share.

Work with lawyers to create new business proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations

Write, edit, and format the marketing materials such as website descriptions, event invitations, and pitch materials

Update and maintain local marketing materials, including practice profiles, attorney profiles, and PowerPoint presentations.

Create and distribute media communications (e.g., press releases, media alerts, etc.) through channels including email, social media platforms, and other relevant media distribution services

Requirements:

* Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator must have 3-5 years of marketing experience working at a large law firm.

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is a must.

Must be knowledgeable of core marketing principals including internal communications, public relations, seminar/event planning, branding, market research, competitive intelligence, credentials and RFP response preparation and demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making).
