Experience in an environment that outsources Human Resource responsibilities

Experience in payroll administration

Experience in benefits & retirement administration

Knowledge of finance practices preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office software with emphasis in Excel

Proactive self improvement through training seminars and online tools

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Strong organization skills; can prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Comfortable in lead roles and in front of small audiences

Positive, enthusiastic outlook, proactive and solution-oriented

2+ years in a professional environment

Bachelor's degree

Job Description

Human Resource Support

Company point of contact for all benefits and personnel related issues/questions

Coordinates with outsourced HR firm for benefits and employee relations issues

Maintains sound employee relations through consistent personal contact

Process new hires, terminations and other employee personnel changes

Prepares and processes employee personnel records to include updating records as needed

Effectively communicates required employee postings and general information

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Payroll Support

Review time sheets for time & labor issues

Prepares and processes bi-weekly payroll in conjunction with outside payroll service

Complete employee verification forms

General requirements

Supplier relations support

Coordinate corporate announcements and initiatives

Creates documents, reports and correspondence

Assist with event planning and implementation

Monitors and maintains office supplies and facilities requests

Point of contact for company memberships

Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail
