SCW Fitness Education is a Fitness Education Convention business that distributes Les Mills pre-choreographed group ex licenses, DVDS, Music, Clothing, barbells and various fitness products. We are seeking an energetic, responsible and outgoing Product Director/Manager, who is solution-oriented, has a firm grasp on technology, and is systems-focused, a team-builder and a team-player to manage 4-6 associates.
As a successful Product Director/Manager, you will:
Drive sales to exceed the overall event and on-line monthly goals
Oversee all day-to-day planning and coordinating of inventory, operations and events
Manage product associates in daily activities of ordering, inventorying, shipping and receiving of materials, products clothing
Motivate staff to reach Company directed performance goals (Sales, Items Per Transaction , Average Dollar per event, etc)
Develop and maintain customer, independent contractor and vendor relationships
Requirements:
Graduate degree
Retail Management experience (at least 5 years)
Knowledge of POS system, proficiency in MS office suite, ability to develop inventory controls
