We are seeking Program Coordinators to start immediately at our busy Midtown experiential marketing firm. You can expect to manage event programming/planning details and executions.

Responsibilities:

Event scheduling, planning and staffing coordination.

Timely, professional client communication.

Manage administrative functions associated with assigned programs, which may include payroll and expense report processing.

Requirements:

Outstanding communications skills and ability to multi-task under pressure.

Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS-Word, Excel and Outlook.

Detail-oriented with great follow-through and organizational skills.

Excellent problem solving and creative thinking skills.

Ultra-responsive to client needs and requirements.

Ability and desire to work as a team player.

Education:

Minimum B.S. / B.A.

Marketing Communications or related discipline preferred but not required.
