Candidates sought for full time program / project management position for small but growing national partnership marketing and product sampling firm based in Downtown Apex. Co-Options is a PROMO Top 100 Agency serving national fortune 100 consumer packaged goods clients (e.g, Kraft, ConAgra, Nestle, Pennington, Reynolds, Hefty, Colgate, Reckitt-Benckiser, Procter & Gamble and others), for the development and implementation of national and regional Shopper Marketing programs with and for major retailers (e.g., Publix, Walmart, Lowe's, Walgreens, Simon Malls and others).

Our ideal candidate will be a sharp, detail oriented, "take charge" multi-tasker, able to deftly manage several concurrent themed programs hosted by both packaged goods brands and retailers, as well as manage or oversee custom projects including product sampling programs and event tours with our retailer and out-of-store sports, fitness and entertainment venue partners. You will have one to two direct reports. Further details below:

Qualifications / Strengths:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects / multi -- task

Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

Professional demeanor and capability of interfacing with clients from entry to VP and above levels

Skilled in managing a wide range of operational tasks, including project planning, trafficking, fulfillment and shipping, research and reporting

Prefer mac experience with full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Project planning and management software experience a big plus

Excellent management and leadership skills to supervise direct reports and grow with company

Experience managing marketing and promotional programs, consumer packaged goods or retail merchandising a plus, but not required.

Key responsibilities:

Manage Program / Project Management department functions, reporting to agency President and be part of leadership team

Create and manage timelines for programs and projects, provide weekly program and project execution updates for each program / project

Firm up and oversee vendor and venue management, job bidding and fiscal tracking and management of programs and projects

Manage program / project execution and logistics with suppliers and clients on developed timelines, ensuring seamless communications with both on deliverables

Interface with Creative Dept to bridge creative with operations

Provide regular status reports and present internally and to clients (some travel required) as well as program recaps, research summaries and lessons learned for programs and projects.
