Behavioral Tech, LLC (www.behavioraltech.org) is seeking a Project Manager: Training Materials who can handle multiple projects in support of our Training, Dissemination and Implementation team. These materials may take many forms, including Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, forms, bibliographies, PDFs and Word docs. The Project Manager: Training Materials must use a combination of design, technical, project management and communication skills to create compelling materials that enhance Behavioral Tech's trainings.

This position manages the day-to-day operations required to prepare, organize, distribute and track training materials, equipment and supplies to training sites in order to provide a successful training environment at approximately 120 trainings per year.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the production and delivery of all training materials including PowerPoint slides, participant binders, and handouts related to Behavioral Tech trainings.

Production includes the layout, type, color, and implementation of training materials in electronic media.

Edit formatting of presentation slides, participant handouts, worksheets, and all other materials for Behavioral Tech trainings

Create plan, implement and maintain internal and external document version control systems

Serve as point person for all training materials related projects and record events related to materials management in the database(s).

Work with the Director of Training, Dissemination, and Implementation (TDI), and content experts, to create and produce materials for new training courses.

Work with other BTECH Project Managers to understand materials requirements for each training or event.

Manage relationships with vendors; communicate requirements and manage deadlines.

Maintain inventory of supplies required for producing and shipping training materials.

SKILLS

Current knowledge of all applications of Microsoft Office suite (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Basic planning and organizational skills

Expeditious in all production, including PowerPoint, and new media.

Above average attention to detail

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Strong layout/desktop publishing skills (using MS Word, PowerPoint and Publisher).

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills

o Ability to maintain professional relationships with highly accomplished individuals

o Ability to establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with staff and trainers

o Ability to establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with clients and outside vendors.

Must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible about quickly changing demands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: B.A./B.S., preferably in psychology, training, business or marketing.

Required: Minimum 1 year work experience in training document production or desk-top publishing.

Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word.

Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and InDesign.

HOURS:

8am -- 5pm, Monday through Friday (Must be able to access email/phone after hours for occasional communication)
