Charles Zukow Associates, a boutique San Francisco public relations firm that serves lifestyle/leisure, retail and entertainment-related clients, is seeking a Public Relations Account Executive to begin as soon as possible and ready to hit the ground running.

We are a small, fast-paced, fun agency with a wide variety of clients including American Conservatory Theater, Beach Blanket Babylon, Cirque du Soleil, Meals on Wheels of San Francisco, Pooch Hotel, San Francisco General Hospital Foundation, Taste Catering and Event Planning, Yigit Pura's Tout Sweet Patisserie others.

We are looking for applicants with two to three years of Public Relations experience (i.e. writing of press releases, pitching to various media outlets, calendar listings, media alerts, creating press kits, working knowledge of social media; knowledge of advertising and promotions a plus). Job includes some general office work (managing interns, etc.).

Candidate should have:

- excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

- ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- attention to detail a must

- strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

- knowledge of Cision a plus

- a sense of humor and a positive, friendly attitude!!
