Position Description:
Restoration Hardware is looking for a MEDIA PLANNER in our Public Relations department.

Restoration Hardware's Media Planner/Buyer is responsible for working with the VP, PR and Marketing to plan and purchase media space for a variety of media. Must have in-depth knowledge of various regional and national media options and how each supports the company's marketing objectives, in particular with print and online.
Primary Responsibilities
Research, negotiate and execute advertising placement in a variety of media, including:
Print (Magazine and Newspaper), Radio, Online, Social Media, TV and Mobile.
Analyze media placement and results to identify the most cost effective mix by market.
Day to day management of company's media plans including execution details, budgets and accounting.
Manage material delivery in a timely, efficient manner.
Ensure all necessary forms are completed and delivered in an accurate and timely fashion.
Assist VP, PR and Marketing with other planning/buying functions.
Develop strong strategic plans.
Manage and implement added value opportunities.
Manage corporate event sponsorships.
Keeps up on media trends.

BS/BA required
A minimum of 3 years media buying experience in an advertising agency, media agency or corporate media buying department.
