Position Summary
Sales and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of sales and marketing. Sales duties include coordinating the submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales progress and sales activities, maintaining department database records, and serving as a liaison between the sales team. Marketing duties include assisting with trade show and event planning, creating or updating presentation software files, tracking budgets and expenses, managing marketing materials, assisting with web and print design projects and communicating with external creative service providers.
Qualifications:
Some experience with Adobe Software
Strong computer and organization skills are required
Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and word processing
Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications.
High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.
Associate / Bachelor's degree or equivalent
