We are seeking a college graduate with a Bachelor's degree to support upper management and the LPKF sales team based in Tualatin, OR.
Job Description
The Sales Assistant's duties will include a variety of administrative tasks such as;
Supporting upper management and the LPKF sales' team
Answering phones and directing calls to the correct department
Managing executive calendars for scheduling and organizing meetings and compiling month expense reports
Responding to sale's leads and preparing sales quotations
Processing purchase orders, tracking monthly sales statistics and keeping sales documents and pricing up to date
Helping out with other miscellaneous tasks and general office projects, including special event and party planning
Position reports directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business, marketing or new media communications).
Professional customer interaction and communication abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail, multi-tasking, and the ability to proactively solve problems
Excellent Microsoft Office skills for document and Power Point editing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Examples of copywriting and editing are a plus.
