Opening our doors in 2007, Willowdale Estate offers elegantly catered events in our ornate fieldstone mansion and luscious grounds, built in 1901 and originally known as Willow Dale. Based in the North Shore of Massachusetts, we offer our clients convenient customizable packaging, full service planning, and skilled catering staff for a worry-free experience from start-to-finish on their special day or other event.

This creativity extends to all of our employees. We are growing and are seeking a creative, dynamic and highly motivated SALES MANAGER to lead our sales team. Our selected candidate will be an integral part of our sales team and a significant driver in connecting and expanding our presence in the wedding market.

Summary of Position:

Successful sales efforts are creativity based - we want our sales to reflect the uniqueness of our organization.

Our Sales Manager is expected to bring understanding of sales principles, ethics, and tactics, as well as an excitement for out-of-the-box thinking and a strong desire to work as part of a team.

Big picture thinking is crucial in this position as you day to day monitor the dynamics and accomplishments of the Sales Team - using positive motivation techniques to create an atmosphere of harmonious competition.

Areas commonly requiring the Sales Manager's attention are overseeing lead-to-sales conversions, continuing and expanding efforts into new markets, furthering marketing and branding concepts in line with existing materials, and collaboratively developing sales goals.

Core Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Overseeing and motivating the Sales Team

Sales department scheduling & budget

Sales website maintenance & accuracy\

Collaborative strategizing and problem solving with other Department Managers

Joint planning and execution of Sales Events

Coordinating sales outreach & marketing efforts (inclusive of entire Willowdale team)

Weekly Monitoring of Sales goals & markers

Keeping marketing materials up to date and accurate
