Job Requirements

Qualified Bay Area based Sales Manager candidates will possess the following:

*3+ years as a Lead Sales Manager with a proven industry leader

*A strong local & national client base with existing strong relationships in the Convention and Corporate markets

*Strong knowledge of the convention market with existing relationships within the convention industry

*Extensive cold calling experience

*Track record of meeting sales goals within a given budget

*Execution of all "Tentpole" corporate marketing

*Motivating management style that produces results

*Understanding restaurant operations- a plus

*Extensive event planning experience-to include banquets

*Desire to execute standards 100% of the time

*Delphi proficient -a plus

*Experience building a department budget

*Challenged by goals- work well in a goal-oriented atmosphere

*A desire to be the best and to build the BEST TEAM!
