High-end event production company in the Fort Lauderdale area is in need of a creative & experienced sales representative for their new office. The position will be part-time, 3 days a week, with a possibility of becoming a full-time position. Sales Rep will be responsible of meeting with clients in the office as well as meeting with hotels in the surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
-Answering and making phone calls
-Responding to daily emails
-Meeting with clients
-Visiting hotels in the area
-Some administrative duties
-Create quotes and invoices
Skills & Experience:
-Good communication skills
-Bilingual (English & Spanish a must)
-Organized and self-motivated
-Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
-Sales experience
-Customer service
-Marketing experience a plus
-Computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Knowledge of events preferred
