We are seeking a part time (23-25 hours per week) Sales / Administrative Assistant to assist our CEO of the Pacifica Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center with general office duties and help selling advertising in our Chamber Member Directory. The Pacifica Chamber of Commerce is committed to promoting and supporting businesses and our goal is to provide economic and promotional advantages to our members in the business community. Skills we are Seeking:
*Successful Sales Experience a Plus!
*Answering, screening and directing calls while providing exceptional customer service with a smile!
*Knowledge in Word & Excel
*Maintaining client files, filing/faxing, scanning documents
*Superior writing, grammar skills and email etiquette
*Able to handle multiple tasks/projects, concurrently, with tight deadlines
*Motivated & Self-starter (work with little or no supervision)
