DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the charter and commercial seat block schedules for Caesars Entertainment
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Schedule creation, revision and presentation to Director of Aviation Scheduling & Yield
* Working with ESS Analytics on scheduling decision making analysis
* Responsible for the creation and filing of Airline and DOT schedules
* Investigate research and analyze property or corporate requests.
* Responsible for make sure schedules are completed and posted to multiple platforms in a timely manner
* Participate in maintaining vendor relationships
* This involves serving as a liaison between property and the corporate vendor to handle all customer service issues and ensuring service levels are met
* Acting as the aircraft broker for the properties, by finding aircraft outside the current fleet to support their needs
* Provide ongoing support to the properties via multiple channels including but not limited to independent rep and branch relationships.
* Keep up to date on all current news that would affect the air programs including researching current vendors and oil prices
* Other duties are assigned as required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Two to three years in planning & analysis, direct mail, or hotel preferred
Prior experience with Corporate Air Program preferred
College Degree preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously at various stages of development.
* Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to co-workers and clients.
* Good writing and communication skills, able to comfortably communicate at all levels of the organization.
* Must have a full understanding and a level of expertise with all Microsoft Office software. Cognos Improptu, Salesforce.com and Flight Scheduling program proficiency preferred.
* The ideal candidate should have highly developed analytical skills and the ability to think creatively about ways to improve the performance of the Air Programs. An excellent understanding of loyalty/direct marketing, event marketing, CRM and brand marketing is also preferred
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
