Boutique promotions agency known for outstanding strategy, creative, execution and account management. The agency develops and executes national consumer promotions, mobile tours, large scale events, localized activation and experiential sampling for our clients. The responsibilities of this specific position at our agency are as follows:

Responsibilities:

Key day-to-day contact for client(s) responsible for managing the client relationship

Provision of strategic oversight for client(s) businesses

Keeping current with industry trends to inform internal brainstorming process including identification of potential partnerships/sponsorships relevant to clients' businesses

Internal project/program management, working with creative, production, events, etc. teams to make sure project progresses as necessary

Participation with extended team on planning and development of national promotions, mobile tours, events, and experiential sampling including development of optimal structure for meeting program objectives

Development and ongoing management of the budgets for total program and individual program elements in partnership with key internal contacts, depending on program (e.g. collaboration with events group on mobile tours, events, etc.)

Experience with event development and execution preferable (working with staffing agencies, training of staff, procurement of permits, working with print and signage vendors)

5%-10% travel may be required

Requirements:

6-8 years' experience on the agency side

Strong leadership skills easily demonstrated by past performance

Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication

Strong hands-on attitude

Ability to effectively interact with management at all levels
