Assistant Store Manager

The world's largest luxury watch retailer is looking for dynamic Store Management to lead our team at our Fashion Valley Mall location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and sales skills. This person will develop a team of sales professionals while offering the highest level of client experience.

The ideal candidate must possess:

Ability to coach and manage a team to raise the client experience to new levels;

Ability to develop product knowledge and drive business;

Experience as part of a store management team, preferably as a store manager;

Proven skills in coaching, selling and client relationship development; Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;

Have a high School or GED degree, college degree preferred.

As Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities may include but may not be limited to:

Motivating sales professionals to create the ultimate client experience;

Hiring, training and developing sales professional and supporting your team through continued recruitment, daily coaching and performance management;

Achieving sales goals and plans;

Developing relationships within the community to develop client base and managing events;

Managing store operational functions.
