Our business is looking for an Assistant Manager to help with office work, creative jewelry-making, and sales. Our small company, located in Woodstock, produces a unique line of fashion/art jewelry that sells to specialty stores around the US. Our company has a friendly environment. We are offering 30-40hrs/wk at an hourly salary of $9-$12 depending on skills and experience. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, a fast learner, has a positive attitude, and preferably lives within 30 minutes of Woodstock.

Description of Work:

- Filling out store orders

- Completing Invoices

- Answering phone calls/emails

- Managing inventory

- Organizing the warehouse

- Packaging and shipping of products

- Processing payments

- Occasionally, you would help with jewelry-making, such as gluing and cleaning beads (You will be trained to do this)

- Assisting with the preparation of new jewelry collections

- Preparing for trade shows

- Presenting the line in Atlanta's Gift Mart and assisting at Atlanta trade shows

Skills/Abilities Required:

- Administrative skills; Computer skills

- Ability to work well with people/strong customer service skills

- Professional attitude

- Reliable, timely, and responsible

- Willing to learn product knowledge (You will need to learn codes corresponding to different jewelry styles)

- Enjoys crafting and jewelry

- Has an understanding of colors and design

- Must have your own car/reliable transportation

Skills Regarded as a Plus:

- Knowledge of Quickbooks, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Publisher, Indesign or any other program that can create flyers and catalogs

- Jewelry/craft-making experience
