Graphic tee shirt line with cut and sew and children's division looking for a part time production assistant
Must have a minimum of 4-6 years experience in apparel production, with expertise in screenprinting, specialty dye treatments, and more.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
MUST BE WELL VERSED IN AIMS SOFTWARE.
This position will report directly to our Production Manager and require a minimum of a 2 day (16 hour) a week commitment with room for hours to grow. Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle large enough to move WIP from contractor to contractor.
Duties include:
Data entry in AIMS
Translating information from development meetings into tech packets
Creating spec sheets for all styles
Liaison between contractors and production manager
Breaking down of styles to go to dye and print
Assisting in visiting vendors to check on specs and sewing/QC
