This internship will start on 2/15/2012.

Fashion start up company seeking Intern for fashion store opening, administrative work, marketing and major advertising, working with web designer to develop website, to create online presence and perform personal assistant work for company officers (all personal assisting work will be related to functioning of the Company)

Intern will acquire experience in location scouting, model scouting, assist in organizing photo shoots, stand in on shoots, acquire creative directing skills, staging, merchandising, advertising, licensing, apparel manufacturing, distribution and shipping of merchandise, accounting, sales and may have the opportunity to work with the owner of the company and attend special events and award shows. Intern will be given a $30 Stipend for Gas & will have paid lunches when working in office.

This is an unpaid 4-6 month internship intended to actualize into a paid part or full time position for excellent work.

Have a minimum of 2 years of higher education. Fashion, Advertising, merchandising and business graduated majors a plus

Applicant must be of legal age as you may be required to attend events with company reps

Must have a vehicle

Must be available to work a min of 20 hours a week

Must have a flexible schedule

Skill Requirements:

Proficient professional correspondence skills

Ability to Bring awareness to company site and other networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook (you will be required to update these pages with images and texts on a consistent basis)

Ability to start and complete tasks in a timely and professional fashion

Ideal Candidate will anticipate company needs, not merely wait to be told what to do and is able to follow directions with accuracy and a positive attitude.

Ability to scout locations is a must

Ability to organize model info. inventory control and accounting ability are a must
