The_Hipster is launching an online site with plans to be the leading private flash sale and ecommerce provider of exclusive and elusive American & European designer brands for the Australian & New Zealand marketplace. Merchandise offerings will include Women's Fashion, Men's Fashion, Children's Fashion, Home Decor + Rarities at prices this market can finally afford.
Buyer Responsibilities:
- Men's Fashion: apparel, accessories (watches/jewelry/ scarves/hats/pocket), bags (luggage/wallets/messenger bags)
- Electronic Accessories: iPad/iPod covers, fashionable headphones, etc.
- Home Decor: candles, throws, accent pillows, pop art, coffee table books, etc.
- Research/Secure new brand & product lines
- Act as liaison between brands and The_Hipster
- Schedule sale dates
- Retrieve all pertinent information from brand, including but not limited to: product description, quantity availability, pricing, high resolution images, samples
- Aggregate individual sales to send Brand a final purchase order
- Organize sample products for photography shoots
- Work with merchandising and graphic interns to ensure all product/brand info is prepared for site upload
- Coordinate shipments from Brands to The_Hipster
