COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Chima + Rose creates, produces and distributes clothing,

leather goods, and accessories for the top end of the

market.

Chima + Rose is seeking a highly motivated intern that is

eager in expanding their breadth of knowledge within the

premium fashion industry.

GENERAL TASKS:

Verifying and analyzing account orders to ensure efficiency

of operations.

Completing weekly selling reports in addition to examining

Chima + Rose's product portfolio (from top selling items to helping

improve business gaps).

Creating on-order and trunk show books for major accounts

including photos, sketches and size detail.

Tracking and coordinating samples for photo shoots, trunk

shows and special events.

Organizing, overseeing and maintaining ownership of sample

management including the inventory closet.

Developing product knowledge packets via PowerPoint

customized around the needs of external clients (includes

descriptions, retail prices, delivery inspiration,

collection inspiration & recent editorials).

Safeguarding the Chima + Rose brand by ensuring show book

images are in unison with online product images.

Supporting Chima + Rose with the day to day operations

including project based assignments.

SKILLS / TRAITS:

Strong skills in event planning, logistics and problem

solving.

Highly organized and strong written/verbal communication

skills.

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Exemplifies a strong passion for fashion and market trends.

Desire to learn about customizing the needs of client

relationships to help expand the Chima + Rose brand.

Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint

(design, pivot tables data entry, & analysis).

REQUIREMENTS:

The intern must receive academic credit and is required to

submit paperwork prior to enrollment (minimum of 2 full

working days is required).

Pursuing a college degree in fashion, public relations

business administration or marketing.

Prior Internship experience within the fashion industry is

not required, but highly regarded.
