Consulting

As a Wardrobe Consultant you are expected to be a consultant as opposed to a clerk. This means that in addition to greeting customers promptly and appropriately, you should work to establish a rapport that allows you to determine all of their clothing needs and then show the appropriate product to meet those needs. The Wardrobe Consultant's specific areas of responsibility for acting as a consultant are to:

Assist all customers in a timely and appropriate manner (including tuxedo rental customers).

Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post-sale contact.

Follow through on all promises made or problems discovered.

Follow through on all special order requests for customers on a timely basis.

Schedule alteration appointments

When possible use tailors for all fittings. Communicate information to tailors. When tailors are not available to fit, fit the customer on your own using Bucco Couture fitting techniques.

Ensure all tailoring promises made to customers are listed on the alterations ticket.

Sell the right product to the customer for the right reasons, taking into consideration size, model, price, occasion and/or lifestyle.

Demonstrate the benchmark selling techniques as required of all Bucco Couture selling personnel. These include greeting and measuring each and every customer, asking the key interview questions, using multiple selling techniques, back-end selling, shirt stacking and concept selling, showing alternate merchandise divisions, setting alteration appointments,.

Adopt some form of our personal trade program in order to stay in touch with your customers. Staying in touch could include making clientele calls or sending thank you cards.

Participate in setting and monitoring your personal sales and statistical goals.

Meet and maintain your personal volume goal while maintaining above average sales statistics.

Use the appropriate sales techniques
