Contemporary Fashion Boutique in Chicago is Seeking Managers and all Sales positions for expansion. We are looking for out going, enthusiastic and sales driven individuals who always strive to be the best.

MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Management candidates should have at least 2-3 years management experience and knowledge of contemporary fashion apparel. All candidates should be leaders who demonstrate strong Sales, Merchandising, Stock/Inventory, Operations, and Human Resources Management Skills. Attention to detail is a MUST. An established clientele book and following is a big plus.

Management Responsibilities include:

1) Superior Sales - motivated and self driven to achieve store and personal sales goals - daily, weekly and monthly. The manager must be strong in client base building and maintaining repeat customer base. An established clientele book and following is a plus.

2) Impeccable Image - contribute to an impeccable store image by following company standards

3) Controlled Cost of Operations - Maximize personal sales and keep your employee productivity cost at company standards. Weekly Inventory Management/Control.

4) Product Knowledge- strong understanding of contemporary fashion demonstrating abilities to work and train on knowledge of current trends and outfitting.

5) Inspiration - Every team needs a great leader, to inspire everyone on the team to work together, and to exceed all goals given.

6) Fluent English a Must/Bi Lingual is a plus

SALES QUALIFICATIONS

Sales candidates should have at least one year of experience in retail sales. Experience working with contemporary fashion apparel is preferred. Sales candidates should be outgoing individuals who have a true passion for fashion and a personal drive to exceed their personal sales goals. An established clientele book and following is a big plus.

Sales Position Requirements:

1) Apparel sales experience is a MUST

2) Knowledgeable on fashion trends and current brands

3) Experience with client capture and building a client base

4) Outgoing, energetic and FUN!

5) Fluent English a Must - Bilingual is a plus
