Overview: Installation of all creative and visual merchandising initiatives in the region to include: windows, vitrines, events, graphics and caseline presentation. Assist in the training and development of store staff.
Responsibilities: Installation and creative execution of all windows, vitrines, events, exhibitions, signage and creative initiatives as directed by the Regional CVM Manager or CVM Director. Travel to stores within region for installations.
Partner with Merchandising and retail teams to plan and execute major merchandising moves and product initiatives. Assist in the maintenance of caseline presentation by working with retail teams in each store. Train and guide the retail teams to achieve the Tiffany and Co. standard of caseline presentation as outlined by the PPM team. Communicate on a regular basis with the, CVM Manager, corporate CVM team, as well as PPM team. Follow up with photo documentation of all creative installations. Develop strong product knowledge – including new merchandise and evolving merchandising strategies.
Partner with CVM Manager to implement the needs and goals of the region as well as the CVM central objectives.
Train and develop in store personal on CVM and merchandising.
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas - preferably luxury retail.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ambitious, flexible, out-going, enthusiastic.
Able to work with a variety of people, and present ideas and information to group.
Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers.
Access to car or convenient transportation.
Ability to travel to stores within region
Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting
Basic computer skills required: email/Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Word.
Preferred experience:
Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting.
Theatre or color display lighting experience a plus.
Basic knowledge of jewelry and jewelry display forms a plus.
