Provide strategic direction for pre-production activities at a factory level on behalf of the brand to ensure flawless execution
Engage with factory production and quality personnel on the analysis and improvement of current manufacturing and quality processes
Participate in any and all pre-production process related projects as initiatives as assigned
Effectively communicate with QC personnel overseas to monitor all stages of production
Act as liaison between internal staff and foreign factories
Maintain and update product development info such as spreadsheets, reports, etc
Maintain work in progress reports and supervise all timelines
Prioritize any urgent issue related to production and resolve problem at hand in a timely manner
Travel overseas to follow up with factory production
