Description

This key member of the corporate HR team will provide HR support to all NYC locations in partnership with the Sr. Manager and Sr. Recruiter.

Job Functions

Manage the administration of all payroll changes in partnership with finance and corporate payroll department

Conduct new hire orientation for all NY based full-time employees, temps, and interns inclusive of set-up and announcements

Create reporting and audit HR system on a regular basis to ensure most up to date data

Recruit and manage internship program for all locations year around while maintaining all legal requirements

Be a front line for benefit questions and partner with employees and carriers on issues

Manage and maintain all paper employee files

Post all New York open jobs

Partner in planning events such as holiday parties and take your child to work day

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of Human Resources experience required, with an emphasis in employee administration from a creative industry.

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources or related field.
