The Position Overview:
We are looking for Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our small, cohesive, and inventive Marketing Team. In this role you will be charged with helping the team grow and succeed across a number of key areas including - product and user experience management, competitive research, customer analytics, and more. You will work closely with senior members of the marketing team as well as cross-functionally, with Tech, Content and our Brands teams. We operate in a fast paced environment where creativity and innovation are the norm and in this role you will help us execute on major strategic initiatives that will be central to our company's short and long-term development.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Assistance in implementation of multiple research methods (website data analysis, surveys of the competitive landscape and extensive customer research) to discover opportunities for site improvements, new functionality and new customer touch-points
• Continuous monitoring of the ShoeScandal (dot) com user experience and the accumulation of customer insights that will help us improve our ability to serve and delight our members
• Ownership of competitive research process, exploring offerings, marketing strategies and sales tactics of key competitors to provide industry benchmarks for the executive team
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts through user-segmentation analytics, product management and catalogue optimization
