Pinkyotto, a Downtown NYC based fast growing fashion brand is looking for dedicated, energetic design assistants for our SoHo HQ. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fashion and desires to pursue their career in the fashion industry. You will be involved in many aspects of the fashion retail + wholesale business of this successful, rapidly expanding company.
This design production position is ONLY for those specifically with Design suite experience (Adobe In Design, Photoshop, etc) as they will be participating in the design of Line sheets and Look books for the forthcoming season.
During your time at Pinkyotto you will work closely with the Creative Director and Founder of the company. Daily tasks will include editing and laying out images, assisting in the design of graphics for branding and marketing purposes and working in conjunction with the Creative Director and team in all other graphic design capacities while also assisting in the product line creation process. Along with the design aspect, you will also be exposed to back office daily maintenance for the retail and wholesale operations. This will include merchandising, Inventory management + processing, shipping and store maintenance.
Candidates must have a current portfolio to be submitted with your resume. Individuals should be flexible, positive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, computer literate and eager to learn.
