We are looking for an assistant store manager who can be passionate about our line of exceptional clothing, accessories and home decor which feature authenticity of design, artisan detail, quality of materials and unique, contemporary silhouettes.

The Job

The right person for this job will have the ability to set an example on the sales floor in offering the highest level of customer care and personalized service while also assisting the manager in providing inspirational leadership to store staff. This person will serve as "right hand" and back-up to the manager and will help to assure that strategic store goals are achieved and staff is scheduled and product is merchandised to achieve maximum sales potentialRequired Experience and Skills:

Minimum of Two Years Retail Management Experience (High End Preferred)

Strong Communications Skills

Demonstrated Ability to Provide Excellent Service

Demonstrated Ability to Provide In-Depth Product Knowledge

Ability to Work Flexible Hours Including Nights, Weekends and Some Holidays
