Job Summary: Responsible for writing product descriptions, press releases, marketing copy and more for a leading online retailer of men's and women's intimates, lingerie, underwear & swimwear.
Responsibilities:
Write informative, fun-to-read, creative descriptions of products.
Create feature lists that include garment technical specifications (Product Names and Part Numbers, Fabric Content, Technical Specifications, etc.).
Upload product copy to website
Produce creative copy for flyers, brochures, ads and other marketing materials
Write creative, entertaining copy for blog postings
Create copy that will be used for SEO
Ensure consistency of copy for product descriptions
Requirements:
Able to write detailed and engaging copy
Apparel, Garment or Fashion Industry experience preferred
Knowledge of product construction and details
Excellent communications skills
Speed, accuracy and attention to detail are critically important
Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Full-time or part-time contract position at our headquarters in Hollywood, California. Fun, fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $14 - $16 per hour, depending on experience.
