Cocobop.com is a pre launch start up that will change the way women buy accessories forever and if you love fashion and have an EXCELLENT eye for outfitting and styling, then we should talk! We are seeking an amazing Fashion Stylist who loves to work hard with an awesome group of people, has management and on-set experience, and can streamline, organize and execute the Cocobop.com outfitting on a week-to-week basis. The Stylist will partner with our Photographer to ensure each outfit is best represented online according to the style guidelines, and is responsible for managing additional freelance stylists. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively on their feet, direct hair and makeup, understand what silhouettes and accessorizing is appropriate, and suggest editorial concepts appropriate to the brand. Additionally, the Stylist is responsible for each week's final photo edit and the workflow of the studio and merchandise coordination. The Stylist will report directly to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

Partner with creative team to develop, plan, and execute web and editorial shoots

Purchase outfits matching changing concepts on a bi weekly basis

Direct hair and makeup for each shoot

Ensure time in studio is being spent wisely and efficiently

Direct stylists to steam, iron, and prep products and samples to be shot, and identify and organize the order of shooting to ensure all merchandise is shot efficiently and accurately

Collaborate with photographer to direct model and identify what details and angles to include in the frame that best suits the clothing

Use style guide and buyer requests along with other resources to develop specific styling choices

Provide structured leadership and direction for styling team, including goal setting, reviews, etc.

Lead team to organize and maintain accessories, shoes, and ensure shooting area is clean

Edit each week's photos for store upload according to Cocobop.com guidelines

Contribute to other projects as assigned

Qualifications

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN STYLING - college degree or relevant retail, styling, or ecommerce experience

Have an EXCELLENT eye for outfitting, silhouettes, fitting, accessorizing, and proportion

Ability to communicate is essential, along with teamwork skills, and ability to provide leadership

Excellent time-management and organizational skills
