BEDDING DESIGNER
A world-wide producer of high quality bedding and home
furnishings is looking for Home Fashion Designer in our youth, teen
and adult divisions.
These positions require a lot of CAD work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and interpret youth/teen/adult trend, design bedding
and home fashion product accordingly.
Collaborate with Design Manager to develop and design fashion
forward youth/teen/adult home collections.
Manage workload to meet deadlines efficiently.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficient computer skills. Strong knowledge of Photoshop and
Illustrator.
Fashion Forward color sense and ability to color prints using
seasonal trend palettes and provide color accurate prints.
Ability to recognize and accurately interpret trends as they
relate to print design and Home Fashions.
Strong understanding of product development from
conceptualization to final product.
Extensive knowledge of print and cut and sew techniques.
