Leading International Luxury Designer has an immediate need for a Human Resources Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee recruitment, new hire orientation and benefits administration for a high profile brand. Candidates should be highly organized and eager to engage with the fashion industry at its highest level.

Responsibilities:

Manage the internship program; facilitate relationships between interns and supervisors

Spearhead recruiting efforts by posting advertisements, conducting interviews and confirming background checks

Coordinate logistics for new hire orientation

Act as a resource for all matters regarding benefits, payroll and employee transactions

Interpret detailed benefits program information and track benefits packages

Facilitate employee and firm-wide events

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

1-2 years of experience in Human Resources

Strong interest in fashion and a desire to thrive in a long-term Human Resources role

Excellent ability to organize, interpret and translate complex policies and procedures

Knowledge of employee and labor relations laws, regulations and practices

Great interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented mentality

Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
