We are a venture backed start-up and have built the leading social business to business marketplace. We are an innovative social B2B commerce company committed to making an end-to-end SaaS solution that is blazing a new trail for companies to market, to engage and to sell their products down the value chain. We are seeking an ambitious and talented Inside Sales Account Manager -- Fashion Brands, responsible for selling our software and services primarily by telephone and other web tools to a named account list. You will use a consultative approach to sell our web application to the leading fashion brands/manufacturer in the US.

Responsabilities

Maximize sales into an assigned named account list working with colleagues and Management when appropriate to target major accounts and large sales opportunities.

Target at least 4 hours per day on the phone with clients and prospects.

Prospect, develop opportunities, demonstrate the product, close sales and prepare appropriate documentation.

Follow up on inquiries generated through web and marketing programs.

When appropriate, work closely with the Channel in assigned territory in an effort to leverage selling efforts into the area.

Keep daily record of calls and information requests sent.

Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company.

Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.

Expand customer base by identifying and selling to companies that are not current customers.

Assist management in conveying customer needs to product managers, and technical staff.

Act as mentor to new sales staff and assist in the development of sales training material.

You should know how to use, and be committed to using, Salesforce.com to map out your day and report your activities.

You should also know how to cultivate a sales funnel and be able to successfully manage your busy day against your high output quota.

Skills and Knowledge

5+ years of experience with inside sales of SaaS products to business executives.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere.

Strong written/verbal communications skills.

High degree of product knowledge and technical terms used by customers in combination with Balluun products.

Prior experience working with fashion brands is a plus

Knowledge of social media and social commerce preferred

Highly motivated and enthusiastic

Decisive, self-motivated and capable of good time management

You possess strong communication skills and you enjoy working with customers.

Education and Experience.

College degree required - BA or BS preferred.

Minimum five years sales experience in the enterprise software industry.

Exceptional track record of quota and goal achievement.
