INSIDE SALES REP or REMOTE and SALES SUPPORT-HIGH END FASHION EYEWEAR

We are hiring for the following positions:

1.SELLING TO OPTICAL BUSINESSES from headquarters PLUS PRESIDENT ASSISTANT or SELLING FROM YOUR HOME AS AN INDEPENDENT REP

Selling High Fashion eyewear to current optical businesses and opening new accounts either from our headquarters in Vista /San Diego ($13/hr base plus commission (approx an additional $3-$20hr depending on sales success)) where you would be also spending 10% of the time helping customer service and assisting the president or you can work from your home just selling to optical businesses (straight 15% commission)

2. SELLING EYEWEAR TO GROUPS

Sales person that works on various projects selling different consumer groups such as Mary Kay consultants and the like as a group providing the consultants a special price on our eyewear.( compensation can be discussed) Perhaps you have a following with different organizations that maybe a good target group. Full time or Part time

3. OUTSIDE TERRITORY SALES

In various parts of the country we are looking for outside direct sales calling on optical businesses and perhaps organizations becoming their eyewear provider

4. PR PERSON- to contact various groups and publications to promote Flair, Ete and Triton brands. Should be excited about promoting the World's Finest Eyewear. Should have good list of contacts to promote the eyewear

Over the past 60 years, Flair has been recognized worldwide by the eyewear industry and exclusive Optical Boutiques for its excellent German craftsmanship, cutting edge designs, and creative merchandising material, which is unparallel in the Optical Industry.

The Flair collection consists of 60 exclusive styles, each carrying its own unique designs that are produced in a range of exotic materials such as high-grade Titanium, and Bio-Stainless Steel, with some styles accented with jeweler-mounted gemstones temple treatments. The heart of this luxury collection is in the patented nylon tension 3 piece mountings design adorned with cut-out euro lens shapes and distinctive fashion flair which is unique from any other frame line presently on the market.

The Ete collection is handmade in Italy consisting of 40 frames and sunglasses. The unique feature of this collection is that real colorful feathers are laminated between the materials. These designs are the only designs of this kind in the world.

The Triton sunglass collection (a division of Triton Design Co.) have premium polarized lenses and are made with exclusive aluminum-magnesium metal and Grilamid material.

Our marketing strategy is to limit our distribution to exclusive high-end Optical Boutiques nationwide and sell direct to the consumers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for an individual with an independent and outgoing personality who is committed to doing what it takes to get things done. Your responsibilities will include telephonic prospecting of new clients within an exclusive territory, and the ongoing support of our existing company clients. You must love unique fashion eyewear so you can educate the optical retailer on the importance of selling highend eyewear to help their profits and referral business.

To be qualified, you must have the following demonstrated minimum job related characteristics: a natural ability to pursue the sale by remaining on the phone for the majority of the work day interacting with your clients and other staff members, a strong professional work ethic, outstanding phone closing skills, self motivated, good customer relationship building skills, Quickbooks order processing and inventory review,basic PC and math skills, and a pleasant and positive daily demeanor. If you do not have the minimal requirements for this job, please do not apply..this is not an entry level position.

The successful candidate can expect a realistic $30-60+k/Yr executive level commission based pay structure in an exclusive sales territory. Are you a Barracuda that loves the hunt and goes after the sales?

At least 2 years inside sales experience with a proven track record of success and love selling and understand the sales process.

Experienced in Outlook, Word and Excel.Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop a plus

Should know how to use Quickbooks- inputting orders and reviewing inventory

Must have excellent customer relations skills to assist the Customer Service department by answering incoming calls during peak hours

Must have experience with the Internet and social networking, to maintain the companys presence on Facebook and Twitter, as well as industry blogs

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment

Must be able to take ownership of this position and work well without supervision

Must also be flexible enough to take on special projects
