M Collections is a full service fashion agency that provides experience in marketing, branding, communication, PR, distribution, retail development, licensing and franchise of international high end luxury products.

We are actively seeking interns in the following departments:

Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities include:

Updating prospects & client list

Researching new prospects via social media, web or publications

Cold calling prospects

Creating mailers for client events and / or market appointments

Assisting with set up of trade-shows and market events

PR

Responsibilities include:

Updating editorial contacts, media publications and / or stylist details

Researching new media outlets and / or publications online or via social media, web or publications

Creating mailers for press related events

Assist Stylist with all materials used for press (details, photos, follow up, etc.)

Assisting with set up of media events and showroom press.

Showroom Management

Responsibilities include:

Organization of showroom (including, but not limited to filing, faxing, copying).

Merchandising (cleaning, pricing, set-up of in-showroom merchandise).

Administrative Duties include phone, mail and inter-office correspondence.

Web / Graphic Designer

Responsibilities Include:

Uploading of images and/ or files to our website, network or file distribution

Contacting clients, vendors, designers for files, images or related documents needed for feeds or social media outlets.

Requirements

Must possess an ability to multi-task

2-3 day commitment

Be able to work in a team and / or individually

Have a passion for creativity, entrepreneurship

Must be able to adapt to changing deadlines and/ or directions

Have a strong desire to learn & be part of a new, exciting and growing venture.
