Based out of Miami, FL, our platform strives to offer a cherry-picked selection of unique items for fashionable women. Through innovative techniques, personalized service, and an introduction of new brands into the worldwide market, The Orchid Boutique has established itself as the premier destination to shop for luxury swimwear.

After five successful years online, we will be expanding our presence with our first brick-and-mortar store location in South Beach, on 8th and Collins. The company is seeking a full-time Key Holder with certain managerial duties. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a unique & rapidly growing company.

Position: Retail Manager/Key Holder -- The luxury retail manager/key holder is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clientele in accordance with company guidelines while achieving store objectives with regards to sales and shrink. This position also oversees store associates and takes ownership of the store's performance and success.

This position is full-time. Compensation is salaried with a competitive bonus structure.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of retail store experience, in women's luxury industry preferred

- Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends, including opening and closing shifts to meet the needs of the business.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner

- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion

- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Position Duties:

- Creates store schedule for all associates ensuring optimal coverage to meet store needs

- Supervises store associates, handles any employee issues which may arise, assigns tasks to store associates, develop store associates, and provide on-going feedback

- Responsible for opening and/or closing store

- Takes direction well and follows through with Corporate Headquarter Personnel on all assignments

- Ensures accurate inventory procedures and counting

- Provides an excellent shopping experience by demonstrating product knowledge, friendly personal presentation, and courteousness

- Maintaining overall appearance of the store and safeguarding company assets

- Takes responsibility for own performance and consistently meets commitments
