We are a PR agency located in Hallandale that specializes in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and accessories industries. Currently, we are looking for a full-time account manager to handle multiple PR accounts in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality and accessories departments and to also manage the interns and day to day office work. **Account manager must have previous PR experience in the field. Must also be business savvy, VERY organized, and will be working under a creative, free thinking CEO. Must also have press clippings which need to be emailed with the resume and need press clippings to present at time of interview.

Responsibilities include:

-Day to day pitching and creating media lists with pending placements and secured placements (knowledge of Cisions is a must)

-Ability to write outside the box pitches and press releases for the clients on a weekly basis

-Sending clients weekly status reports/monthly progress reports

-Building six month strategy plans for all clients

-Phone calls to editors to pitch and follow up

-Securing appointments with stylists and editors in the showroom to pull client samples

-Sample management and tracking (managing interns to ship samples on deadlines, as needed)

-Event organization: securing sponsorships and gift bags, mediating with models, photographers, hair stylist, wardrobe stylist, and makeup stylist for fashion shows, helping with go sees and fittings, and handling the RSVP list and the media at press events, while also knowing how to announce step and repeat red carpet walk throughs.

-Administrative office duties and management of interns and their daily schedules and assigning them daily duties

-Keeping an organized chart of press breaks, pending placements and goal placements in fashion media outlets and sending weekly and monthly press reports to clients

-managing social media accounts for clients and for the agency

-updating the agency blog as needed with new press
