International Fashion, Art & Design Magazine is looking to hire 2-3 print Advertising Sales Executives to our team. Flexible schedule, work from home & competitive commission incentive!

Current relationships with fashion brands, advertising agencies & industry contacts are a must.

You must be a strong, creative negotiator, skilled at overcoming objections and have a passion for print, an enthusiasm for digital media and a love of upselling and closing high-dollar deals. Print advertising sales experience and customer service skills are a MUST. We're looking for someone who believes that this is a great time to be in the magazine business. With print magazines going strong and a rapidly developing array of digital media available to enhance our readers' experience and our advertisers' reach, we are in the best position ever to turn our expertise into opportunity for the established clients and the prospects you'll be working with.

Maintain, service and maximize all current and future accounts to ensure proper fulfillment.

: Research, network and cold call decision makers to move sales forward.

: Maintain and analyze a database of clients, prospects, assets and fulfillment needs.

: Understand the Fashion & Art industry

: Act as brand evangelist who can establish instant rapport and persuasively articulate our value proposition for prospective partners.

: Organize time effectively to achieve aggressive goals while documenting activities and participating in fast-paced, consensus-driven, high-growth business. Must also be flexible and able to switch gears as business models and priorities change.

: Presents himself/herself professionally at all times - in-person, online, over the phone and in writing.

: Work with sales, marketing and operations team to ensure proper fulfillment and business flow..

: Excel in a fast growing, high energy and creative environment.

: Stay abreast of fashion, art & design trends to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Top 3-5 must have skills:

: 2-4 years of sales and/or business development experience.

: Strong analytical and presentation skills. Ability to see partnership opportunities and then maximize revenue.

: Strong relationship building and contract negotiation skills.

: Experience working at a startup company a plus.

: Identify and prioritize opportunities and issues, and design strategies and processes to continuously improve the organization.

: Excellent leadership, energy, judgment, communication, interpersonal, management and analytical skills required.

: Passionate about growing and building a business to its full potential.
