The right candidates must possess the following :

Store managers:

At least (2) years as a manager in a retail clothing or shoe store.

Ability to organize, control all aspects of store including merchandising, hiring, scheduling etc.

Have the capability to discipline staff.

Excellent communication & organizational skills. A sincere desire to create a superior shopping experience.

Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt in a fast paced environment where you are the boss.

Driving the business with an organized daily sales plan, control labor expenses and maximize staff sales by developing minimum standards of performance.

Assistant managers:

At least (1) year as a Asst manager/co manager in retail clothing or shoes.

The ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.

Work with managers to set and achieve sales goals.

Have the capability to discipline staff.

Organization, creativity and excellent customer service skills.

Flexible work schedule.

Sales position:

A dynamic personality and a desire to interact with customers

Flexible schedule with availability to work evening & weekends.

A desire to learn the fashion footwear business.
