Front of House Guest Services Team

Swiss Post is working in partnership with IMG Worldwide to deliver an exceptional experience for the fourth season at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Lincoln Center.

Dates:

February 8: Orientation and Training

Februarys 9-15: Actual Events

Location:

Damrosch Park, Lincoln Center

64th and Columbus Avenue

New York, NY

Shifts:

Morning -- 8am -- 5pm

Evening -- 4pm - 10pm

(general shifts/ some variation +/- 1 to 2 hours)

Dress Code:

All black professional attire. No jeans or sneakers

Requirements:

Polished professionals with strong articulation and excellent communication skills

Hospitality background preferred. Interest in Fashion a plus.

Onsite Project Staff Tasks

Scope of Service

Function One/Kiosk Support:

-Assisting guests with event check-in at the Self Service Kiosks.

Function Two/Ticket Scanners:

-Scanning event tickets to verify guest access.

Function Three/Credential Office:

-Register and process guests and media at the event credentialing office.

Function Four/Coat Check:

-Collect, store and return coats for guests within the venue.
