We are a small fashion accessories company based in Berkeley looking for a part-time Office Assistant to grow with our company.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones, customer service email

Post-Production, QC of wholesale/web orders

Process returns and repairs

Scheduling wholesale and retail orders

Shipping out daily wholesale and web orders

Printing order and inventory labels

Filing and copying of paperwork, receipts

Organizing office supplies and raw materials for inventory backstock

Computer Skills Needed:

Familiarity working in both Mac and Windows environments

Microsoft Word and Excel

Quickbooks Pro for Windows

Google Docs

We are looking for someone who:

Takes pride, ownership and accountability in the quality of their work

Exhibits a professional and dedicated work ethic

Enjoys working with others in a team environment

Is extremely accurate, precise, organized and efficient

Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
