Job Description: We are looking for a fashion savvy, energetic, detail-oriented Office Administrator/ Intern to help with the daily operations of our executive search (executive recruiting) business. The primary function of this position is to support the Search Consultants and President by assisting with all duties associated with running the business. Everyday tasks include fashion research, database maintenance, filing, typing up e-mails and presentations; answering phones and directing calls;

Job Qualifications: * Knowledge of fashion * have office administrative experience * be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet browsers * have experience with databases * ability to problem-solve and overcome obstacles * attention to detail * positive, upbeat person * dependable, responsible and professional
