Fast paced advertising company is looking for experienced sales and well-rounded high-level assistant to add to our Beauty Development team.

We currently work with many of LA's Top Tier salons, spas, medi-spas, doctors and dentist, and will be expanding into other areas soon.

Looking for a personal assistant who is highly motivated; detail oriented and has excellent persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, highly motivated & a self-starter.

Must live locally in Los Angeles and have transportation, Promotions are based on performance.

Responsibilities Include:

- Sourcing and management of potential leads using multiple sources including online.

- Sourcing, Researching and closing merchant deals via the telephone.

- Facilitating the client documentation in conjunction with the production team.

- Assisting staff with office duties

- Market strategies

- Biz to biz sales

Requirements:

- Great communication and phone presentation skills.

- Ability close.

- Self-motivated team player that can exceed goals

- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus, productivity and meeting deadlines.

- Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations.

- Good knowledge of the internet as a tool and interest in social media
