17-year-old leading publishing company with an extensive record of accomplishments in Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix and Las Vegas, is now launching operations in Colorado through two astonishing, state-of-the-art magazines: FLARE (English) and Que Pasa (Spanish).

OUR COLORADO PUBLICATIONS:

FLARE is a high-end Colorado luxury fashion and lifestyle magazine, targeting both men and women, printed in elegant color gloss paper, 100-page (at launch). To get a visual, we compare to a combination of Vogue and Cosmopolitan, but better.

We distribute free of charge at over 2,500 locations in the Greater Denver Metropolitan area, including King Soopers, selected jewelry stores, malls, day-spas, high-end restaurants, plastic surgery centers, coffee shops, boutiques, hotels, gift shops, airports and professional offices, with immediate expansion plans into Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Aspen and other major areas.

QUE PASA has already been published for three months now, and making an extraordinary impression as Colorado has never seen a Spanish publication like this one. See to believe.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Publisher.

Understanding that she will be working for an upscale fashion magazine, she needs to look and dresses to impress.

The right candidate will have experience in working in a professional, very fast-paced office environment.

She is proficient in using the computer for office tasks such as Word, Excel, Outlook,

internet searches and social media. Good typing speed.

She/he possesses nothing short of Top English communication skills, both oral as well as written, outstanding in both grammar and spelling. When trained, she can write letters and proposals on behalf of the Publisher.

Although Spanish is NOT a requirement, it is certainly a plus.

She/he possesses an extraordinary telephone etiquette.

Availability to travel and attend after-hour and weekend networking and social events.

She/he has a very friendly attitude and manners, and is capable of dealing graciously and firmly with multiple personalities.

Last but certainly not least, she/he can work overtime if needed from time to time, and will be willing to attend events.

MUST be available to start immediately.
