Pinkyotto, a Downtown NYC-based fast growing fashion retailer, is looking for outgoing, upbeat, and experienced Full-Time and/or Part-Time Sales Associates for our Boston store on Newbury Street!

Currently, we are looking to hire for the coming holidays, with a *strong* potential for the position to become a long-term basis.

Qualifications:

1+ year(s) of retail experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results

Ability to clientele and build strong relationships; candidates with a client book preferred

Must have outstanding customer service, sales and people skills

Proven sales performance; must be able to work well independently and as part of a team

Excellent fashion sense, ability to style customers with superior knowledge of trends and fit

Schedule flexibility (including evenings, weekend AND especially Christmas and New Year's weekends)

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales goals, monitor daily sales and coordinate with sales teams to meet the pre-determined sales targets

Reports directly to Headquarters on a daily basis

Drive business sales with clientele programs and innovative sales techniques

Ensure all visual and merchandising directives are implemented according to company standards

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of sales floor, stock room, visual merchandising and window display

Gather, analyze and communicate sales performance, keep tracking of sales performance and inventory needs

Perform other duties as directed by Headquarters
