SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, management and growth to achieve business objectives. The Marketing / Business Development Manager will manage multiple internal and external relationships to ensure marketing effectively meets business goals and supports overall marketing plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Provide effective and innovative marketing strategy and management to support company-wide initiatives.
• Partner with senior team to identify opportunities for revenue and brand presence growth and drive improvements in key business metrics for ongoing programs.
• Identify new opportunities and maintain strong performance of existing consumer marketing programs, especially in social media and related partnerships.
• Understand overall global and regional strategies, new product launch plans and marketing campaigns/initiatives to communicate and reflect the global vision of the company.
• Must have strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple project simultaneously.
• Lead the team to execute regional creative needs to support the channel and marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Follow the top tier online blog’ers and forums.
• Follow the current trends in the Cosmetic and Fashion Industries.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Communications.
• 2 to 8 years experience in business development with emphasis in the Consumer marketing, Cosmetic and Fashion Industry is a must.
• Superior verbal and written communication and analytical skills are required.
• Must be Social Media and Web Marketing savvy.
