ApparelZoo.com is a young, hip, retail website specializing in urban lifestyle clothing. We are currently in search of a customer service intern who can also help out with online product listing eventually.
Customer service, inventory counting, and typical office work are some of the other tasks affiliated with this internship; though you are subject to be sent downstairs to buy us food every now and then. The ideal candidate will be quick, smart, witty, and willing to have fun while still working very hard.
We are looking for someone who has:
A familiarity with Magento would be amazing.
Great customer service skills.
Basic navigation skills of Microsoft Office and Gmail.
Amazing phone etiquette and can handle multiple lines.
Knowledge of fashion industry.
Superb attention to detail and a sharp memory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to take direction and complete tasks accurately and in timely fashion.
Outgoing personality with an open-mind REQUIRED
We are in office Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30 and are looking for someone who can eventually become a full-time member of our team.
