Spa Nordstrom services include skin care and Ayurvedic treatments, hydrotherapy, massage and hand and foot care.

The spa manager works to provide clients a soothing spa experience by creating an environment that is committed to customer service.

Responsibilities:

Achieve department volume and productivity goals by developing and executing a business plan

Manage therapists to meet or exceed sales goals

Ensure therapists are delivering outstanding customer service by teaching, coaching and leading by example

Coach therapists to build and maintain personal trade

Teach spa therapists by setting the example of excellent service and product knowledge

Ensure merchandising displays and presentation standards are met

Identify, recruit and hire top sales talent

Promote Spa business by networking with the community, surrounding businesses and target market groups

.Ensure accurate inventory management and achieve shrinkage goals

Qualifications:

1 year of licensed spa experience with management responsibility

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team

Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with department and store managers, regional merchandiser and other leaders

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission environment

Proven ability to set and achieve goals

High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

Proof of all required licensing by the state
